It can take up to 48 hours for a new domain to be seen by everyone. In the meantime you can still add information to your site. Until the site is live, you can check what it looks like by moving your cursor over Manage Your Website at the top of the page, then selecting Preview Site. You can also go to www.myactingsite.com/sites/[yourdomain]. This way, when the domain is active and viewable, you can Publish your new site for the whole world to see.
